Lin Lao Bu is going to donate blood this coming Sat, with Xiao Rat. Am going straight to HSA to do so!!

Wonder what cute freebies they will give me this time!! I ish bloody cheapskate de la!!

Anyway, have to do so before I go for my trip. Most likely they won’t want my blood after I come back. Wahahaha!!

ALB went to blood donating yesterday and told me that the stress ball, which takes the form of a tomato, not nice to squeeze 1… Think that’s the only freebie I can get from HSA… Sad sia!!

What colour bandage should I get this time le? Think I may go for white or green or yellow or purple or blue… I mean, I got the pink 1 already.

Am thinking of becoming a bone marrow donor as well. But I think the procedures for extracting bone marrow like very painful le… I am pretty afraid of needles de wor~ Moreover, there are quite a number of short-term side effect after the donation. Have to give this some really serious thought, I dun wanna register myself as a donor but when the need arises, I just chicken-ed out and refuse to go!! Wahaha!!

Anyway, I ranted about things being unfair, about people who need blood have to pay for it and yet people who donate blood don’t get a cent from giving their blood away. I realised that it’s all untrue. My bad…

It seems that all they pay for is for the transfer, handling and processing of the blood, not the blood itself. Think not cheap also lo!!

Found the information on a flyer given to ALB, it provides pretty much information and dispels many a myths as well~!

Pardon my ignorance but like many other Singaporeans (even non-SGPoreans) out there, I just find it pretty hard to believe that there can be anything free on this little red dot. Don’t you agree?

It was bleeding from its nose. Think a car bang him/her while reversing. I thought it might be a case of serial animal killer lurking around my estate but since this was an isolated case, it’s not possible lo.

There was once, in the middle of the night, ALB and me ran into his room and screaming like siao lang about this FLYING BIG FAT JUICY MEATY cockroach outside. He simply turn the other way and told us to ignore it. Bloody hell… Sibei nonchalent le…

But it’s ok, I still love him.

I believe we got our very good skin from Daddy. His hands & feet are still silky smooth despite being more than half a century old~!~
